Product Information
Ticket Validity & Info:
- Fixed Date Ticket: only valid on the selected visiting date.
- Please present the PRINTED E-Ticket along with IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to exchange for admission wristband(s).
- FREE Admission for children below 90cm in height. Children must be accompanied by an Adult at all times within the park.
- No re-entry is allowed once exit the park. This is a one-time entry admission ticket.
Lost World of Tambun Water Park:
- Operating Hours: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri) 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekend /Public & School Holiday)
- Closed every Tuesday except Public & School Holidays**
Lost World Hot Springs Night Park:
- Operating Hours: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Mon - Sun)

How To Get There:
- By Train: From KL Sentral or any KTM station, take the Electric Train Service (ETS) to Ipoh Railway Station. From the station, Lost World of Tambun is 25 minutes drive by car or taxi.
Important To Note
- Fixed Date Ticket (valid only on the selected visiting date).
- Please ensure that the E-Ticket (with QR / Barcode) is PRINTED OUT in A4 size paper before visiting Lost World of Tambun.
- Please ensure that proper swimming attire is worn as it is a mandatory rule at Lost World of Tambun. Entrance may be rejected for guest who do not comply to the dress code.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Please enter the "Hot Springs and Spa" area before you exit the park as your wristband will be removed during exit. Once the wristband is removed, you will no longer be able to access the rest of the theme park
How to Use
- Receive your e-ticket IMMEDIATELY after payment via e-mail or under your Wonderfly account.
- Download your E-Ticket via E-Mail by checking your Inbox or Spam/Junk Box.
- OR login to your Wonderfly Account, click [BOOKINGS], and select [VIEW VOUCHER].
- Kindly PRINT the E-Ticket (with QR / Barcode) from Wonderfly.
- Present the PRINTED E-Ticket along with your IC/passport at the ticketing counter to redeem entrance wristband(s).
- Price is inclusive of 6% SST Taxation.
