Product Information
Ticket Validity & Info:
- Fixed Date Ticket: valid only on the selected date of booking.
- Kindly PRINT out the E-Ticket (with QR code) from Wonderfly, and present it along with your IC / Passport at the counter.
- Lead Traveler must be present during the redemption of booking.
Booking conditions:
- Prior reservation required; subject to availability.
- Check in time : 3.00pm / Check Out : 12.00pm.
- Combine vouchers for the extended stay.
- Packages are valid for foreigners and MyKad holders.
- Children classified height 90cm and above 12 years old.
- No refund is permitted once voucher is purchased.

How to Use
LOST WORLD GLAMPING
- Once tent confirmation payment has been made, you will receive your Wonderfly E-Ticket via e-mail or under your Wonderfly account.
- Download your Wonderfly E-Ticket via e-mail. Please check your Inbox, Spam / Junk Box for the E-Ticket.
- or under your Wonderfly Account, click [BOOKINGS], and select [VIEW VOUCHER].
- Kindly PRINT out Wonderfly E-Ticket and present it along with your IC / Passport on your specified traveling date at Lost World Glamping.
- Lead Traveler must be present during check-in at Lost World Glamping counter.
SUNWAY LOST WORLD OF TAMBUN THEMEPARK
- Receive your themepark e-ticket together with your room booking e-ticket once confirmation.
- Kindly PRINT out the E-Ticket from Wonderfly and present it along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to redeem entrance wristband(s).
Cancellation Policy
- If your preferred date is fully booked, and unable to rearrange your date, the full refund will be made to you within 14 working days.
