Ticket Validity & Info:
- Fixed Date Ticket: only valid on the selected visiting date.
- Please present the E-Ticket via Mobile along with IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to exchange for admission wristband(s).
- Lead Traveler must be present during the exchange of admission wristband(s). The name entered must match the IC/Passport with no error.
- All guests participating the attraction must present their IC / Passport during the exchange of admission wristband(s). Entry will be rejected should any participating guest fail to present their IC / Passport.
- Admission is free for children below 90cm of height.
- Children must be accompanied by an Adult at all times within the park for safety purposes.
- Senior Citizen must present their IC / Passport to verify their eligibility for Senior Citizen rate (age 60 & above).
- No outside food or beverage will be allowed upon entering the theme park, except those for infants or patient with special medical needs.
- No re-entry is allowed once exit the park. This is a one-time entry admission ticket.

Important To Note
- All guests are requested to provide ID / PASSPORT upon ticket redemption. If guest is unable to provide the relevant documents, Sunway Lagoon reserves the right not to release any wristband.
- Guest MUST fill in full name as per IC/Passport correctly with no spelling error before making payment. Admission will be rejected if the name does not match the name in IC / Passport.
- Additional Info:
- Guest are require to bring their own towel. No towels will be provided.
- Children age 0-3 and are below 90cm in height is free of charge of admission. Child must meet both the age and heigh requirement to enjoy free admission.
- Children must be supervised by an Adult at all times for safety purposes.
- Guest are not allow to bring their own personal surfboards, body boards, and tubes upon entering Sunway Lagoon.
- In the event of inclement weather, for guests' safety, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities/shows.
- No refunds will be provided due to reason such as rides closure or inclement weather.
- For your safety, please refrain from bringing any sharp and dangerous materials/objects into the theme park.
- Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings. Sunway Lagoon will not be held responsible for any lost belongings.
- A penalty charge of RM 100 will be imposed for switching Local Malaysian tickets to Foreign National Tickets due to wrong purchases. Please reconfirm the ticket type before completing the transaction.
- The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling Sunway Lagoon tickets or wristbands
- A maximum number of 10 tickets is allowed per traveling group. If you book more than 10 tickets per group, you will risk having your ticket rejected at the counter
How to Use
- Receive your E-Ticket (with QR Code) instantly once payment has been made.
- Download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) under your Wonderfly Account, select “BOOKINGS”, and click “VIEW VOUCHER”.
- Or alternatively, download your E-Ticket (with QR Code) via your E-Mail. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Box if you could not acquire the E-Ticket from your Inbox.
- Kindly present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) through Mobile, along with your IC / Passport at the ticketing counter to exchange for admission ticket.
- Lead Traveller must be present during the ticketing exchange.
- Guest who purchase MyKad rate must present all guest’s MyKad / MyKid card during ticket exchange. Admission may be rejected shall guest fails to present their identification card.
- Price is inclusive of 6% SST Taxation.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation and refund after payment are made.
